"PG Owner" refers to property owners who list their accommodations on our Platform.
"Tenant" refers to users seeking PG accommodations.
"Listing" refers to a PG property listed on our Platform.
2. User Accounts
- 2.1You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on ManaPG.
- 2.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- 2.3You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- 2.4You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. PG Owner Responsibilities
- 3.1PG Owners must provide accurate and truthful information about their properties.
- 3.2All photos and descriptions must accurately represent the actual property.
- 3.3PG Owners must maintain valid licenses and comply with local regulations.
- 3.4Pricing and availability must be kept up-to-date.
- 3.5PG Owners are responsible for the safety and maintenance of their properties.
4. Tenant Responsibilities
- 4.1Tenants must provide accurate personal information for verification purposes.
- 4.2Tenants must respect the property and follow house rules set by PG Owners.
- 4.3Tenants are responsible for their belongings and any damages caused to the property.
- 4.4Scheduled visits must be attended or cancelled in advance.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- ✕Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- ✕Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- ✕Attempting to bypass the platform for direct transactions
- ✕Scraping, copying, or misusing platform content
- ✕Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- ✕Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
6.1 ManaPG acts as a platform connecting PG Owners and Tenants. We do not own, operate, or control any PG properties listed on our platform.
6.2 While we verify listings to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by PG Owners.
6.3 ManaPG is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between Users.
6.4 Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Termination
7.1 ManaPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Users may delete their accounts at any time through the platform settings.
7.3 Upon termination, all provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
